Richards Named Week 4 West Division Pitcher of the Week

ELMIRA, NY—Following a complete game shoutout in Niagara Falls, Luke Richards is the West Division Pitcher of the Week, announced Monday morning.

Richards threw twelve innings this past week where just one unearned run would score, while he struck out eleven batters. On the season Richards now sits at a batting average against of .098, one of the lowest in the PGCBL.

The next game for the Pioneers will be on Tuesday, June 30, with a road contest against the Newark Pilots. The next game being played at Historic Dunn Field will be Thursday, July 2, against the Auburn Doubledays with a fireworks show after the game presented by Weis Markets.
