Old Dominion Players Come to Elmira
ELMIRA, NEW YORK— The Pioneers have added three more big talents to their roster as of today. They announced the addition of Pitcher Kevin Teschko, Outfielder Ryan Teschko, Pitcher Aaron Holiday, and Pitcher Matt Busher.
K. Teschko is a 6’, 185 lb. right-handed Pitcher from Old Dominion University by way of National Park, New Jersey. A three-time all-conference selection at Gateway High School in New Jersey, Kevin was selected to compete in the prestigious Carpenter Cup. Teschkoo helped lead Gateway to a conference title during his tenure, and threw a no-hitter in the opening game of his senior year.
R. Teschko is a 6’, 185 lb. Outfielder from Old Dominion University by way of National Park, New Jersey. A First Team All-South Jersey and First Team All-Group selection during his senior season, Ryan was also named his conference's Player of the Year. Teschko was selected to compete in the prestigious Carpenter Cup and helped lead Gateway to a conference title during his tenure.

Holiday is a 6’ 2” 190 lb. right-handed Pitcher from Old Dominion University by way of Bear, Delaware.Aaron played his high school ball at Caravel Academy in Delaware and helped lead Caravel to a 2017 Delaware state championship. A well-rounded athlete who also played outfield and caught at Caravel, Holiday played AAU for All Star Baseball Academy and was named to the All-Tournament Team at the 17U WWBA National Championship.
Busher is a 6’200 lb. right-handed Pitcher from Old Dominion University by way of Pittstown, New Jersey.Named to the First Team All-Hunterdon Democrat Team as a senior, Matt has helped lead North Hunterdon to county titles in 2015 and 2016, as well as a 2016 sectional appearance. Busher was also a standout football player during his prep career, named the Hunterdon Democrat Football Player of the Year in 2016 and was a Third Team All-State selection in 2017. Matt also helped lead NH to a 2018 North 2 Group 4 football state title.
“Old Dominion has groomed a lot of major league talent for a long time and we are fortunate to be good partners with them. The Teschko’s, Holiday, and Busher will all be big parts of the Pioneers lineup this summer and we couldn’t be more excited.” Matt Burch said.
