Elmira Pioneers Proudly Announce Three More Signings from Molloy

The Pioneers are proud to announce their 2021 team is continuing to take form as they are proud to welcome Right-Handed Pitcher Ryan Karp, Right-Handed Pitcher Peter Theodorellis, and Right-Handed Pitcher Billy Wildeman from Molloy College to the 2021 roster.


Karp is a 6’5 205 pound Senior Right Handed Pitcher at Molloy College. Ryan transferred from Stony Brook and made his debut at Molloy in 2020 during his junior year. Thus far in 2021 Karp has appeared in four games this season earning himself a win and 15 strikeouts including a three-hit appearance in five innings where he earned himself five of his fifteen punch outs. Before coming to Molloy, Ryan was part of the 2019 American East championship team at Stony Brook and on the Dean’s List.


Theodorellis is a 5’7 170 pound Senior Right Handed Pitcher/Utiilty at Molloy. Peter transferred from Farleigh Dickinson in 2020. During his two seasons at Farleigh Dickinson Theodorellis helped the Knights to their first victory over St John’s University since 1987, allowing just one run on four hits. Since coming to Molloy Peter has thrown 10.2 innings in 6 appearances with one save and 11 strikeouts. Even more impressive than his pitching has been Theodorellis’ numbers at the plate where he is averaging .361 with 14 doubles and 29 RBI’s and holding his slugging and on base percentage hovering around .500.


Wildeman is a 6’0 195 pound Senior Right Handed Pitcher at Molloy. Billy is a fourth year player at Molloy and has 33 appearances during his career including a complete game shutout during his sophomore season. In the shortened last year Wildeman earned himself ECC Pitcher of the Week March 9th when he Threw 12 innings and 10 strike outs. This season Billy has appeared in 8 games throwing 15.1 innings striking out 17. Wildeman has one win on the year so far, but only one start.
