2026 ELMIRA PIONEERS SCHEDULE

Elmira, NY- The Elmira Pioneers are excited for another season at Historic Dunn Field! The 2026 PGCBL schedule has been officially released.

The 2026 PGCBL schedule has been released and the Pioneers opening day will be Friday May 29th vs the Batavia Muckdogs with postgame fireworks. For the 2026 season, home game times will start at 6:35 PM except for Sunday home games starting at 4:05 PM.  The Pioneers welcomes a new opponent right down highway 86 as the Olean Oilers will join the PGCBL this season. Elmira will host 4 fireworks nights this season. The Pioneers led the league in attendance once again averaging just about 3,000 per night.  The Elmira Pioneers won the West Division in 2023 & 2024 but fell short of the final playoff spot this past season.  “I think it says a lot about our community that we continue to have support from our corporate sponsors, season ticket holders, and groups who come out and support this team.  Dunn Field is a special place and keeping the placing packed makes it even more special” – Owner Robbie Nichols

Elmira’s continued success has paid off at the MLB level as well.  Elmira now has 22 players drafted since Nichols acquired the franchise.  Most recently 2017 former Elmira Pioneer Pitcher Houston Roth made his MLB debut with the Baltimore Orioles in late July this season after a few season in the minor leagues.
