Pioneers Announce 2017 Schedule
Elmira, NY — The Elmira Pioneers are pleased to formally release their 2017 game schedule. The defending regular season Western Division champions will open up its home schedule on Friday, June 2nd against the Saugerties Stallions and Saturday, June 3rd against the Newark Pilots. An amazing Fireworks show follow both Friday and Saturday night’s games.
Other highlights of the Pioneers’ 50-game 2017 schedule include: the most weekend home games in the league, hosting the defending champion Amsterdam Mohwaks on July 10th.
Regarding the schedule, co-owner Robbie Nichols said, “We are excited for what the 2017 season holds for the Pioneers. We have a fantastic schedule with the most weekend home games in the league and we know that 2017 will be another banner year for the Pioneers.”
Fellow co-owner Don Lewis also commented on the schedule saying, “We’re excited to have such a fan friendly schedule. We look forward to another great year with record breaking attendance. We also have some phenomenal promotional nights lined up that we will be announcing soon that will add to the already amazing atmosphere at Dunn Field.

Friday, June 2nd and Saturday, June 3rd will have post-game fireworks so be sure to get your tickets now before they sell out. All home games will start at 7:05 PM (Monday-Saturday) or 5:05 PM (Sunday).
