Elmira Pioneers announce Hot Stove Dinner and Wounded Warrior Weekend!

Elmira, NY - The Elmira Pioneers will be hosting the second annual Hot Stove Dinner at the Hill Top Inn in Elmira, NY with special guest speaker, two-time World Series Champion, Jose Canseco. The event will be held on Thursday, April 21st and is presented by Hilliard and the Elmira Business Institute.

 

The Pioneers also announced for the upcoming season, that on July 15th-16th, a Wounded Warrior Weekend will be held at Historic Dunn Field to support the Wounded Warrior amputee softball program.

 

The weekend starts off on Friday, July 15th with Rock the Park night at Dunn Field. On this night, live bands from the local Elmira area will come and perform at Historic Dunn Field. On Saturday, July 16th the Pioneers will host a motorcycle rally which will start and end at Historic Dunn Field. Following the motorcycle ride your Elmira Pioneers will play a baseball game vs. the Wounded Warrior Amputees with a post-game firework show to follow. The Wounded Warrior Weekend is presented by Hilliard, Arnot Health and First Transit.
